Modern office environments are shifting toward paperless systems. This transformation demands speed, security, and efficiency. Administrasi perkantoran tidak lagi bergantung pada physical documents, tetapi beralih ke digital system yang memungkinkan document access, distribution, dan storage faster and more accurate. One of the main pillars is the document validation mechanism, which ensures authenticity, legality, and data security dari dokumen digital.

Tanda Tangan Konvensional (Basah)

Memerlukan kehadiran fisik atau pengiriman dokumen via kurir, rentan pemalsuan manual, dan kurang efisien dalam birokrasi lintas pulau compared to digital systems.

Tanda Tangan Elektronik (TTE)

Berdasarkan UU ITE, TTE have the same legal validity as handwritten signatures as long as they meet certification requirements. TTE menggunakan teknologi kriptografi asimetris to ensure document integrity.

Tantangan Adaptasi Tanda Tangan Dokumen Konvensional

Peralihan dari tanda tangan basah (pena di atas kertas) menuju tanda tangan elektronik atau digital memang terlihat sederhana di permukaan, namun secara struktural menghadirkan tantangan yang cukup kompleks. Adaptasi ini bukan sekadar masalah teknologi, melainkan masalah kepercayaan, hukum, dan kebiasaan.

Kompleksitas

Ribuan ijazah, rapor, surat keputusan (SK) guru, dan dokumen inventaris that must be periodically signed oleh pengurus yayasan pusat atau kepala cabang secara periodik.

Problem Identification
